Hallo, ich bin Jon.
Ich bin seit 20 Jahren in der Film- und Spielebranche tätig und habe darüber hinaus mein Leben lang als Hobby Requisiten- und Kostümbau betrieben.
Dieser Shop entstand aus dem Wunsch heraus, all die Charaktere, die ich seit meiner Kindheit aus Film und Fernsehen liebe, zu Hause im Regal stehen zu haben. Manche erstelle ich, weil ich einen Charakter haben möchte, den man nicht kaufen kann, andere einfach, weil man als Fan der Versuchung nicht widerstehen kann, etwas selbst zu machen.
Es fühlt sich an, als ob die Summe meiner beruflichen Tätigkeiten und Hobbys mich an einen Punkt geführt hat, an dem ich Ihnen diese detailreichen Figuren anbieten kann. Alle meine Arbeiten sind Fan-Art, nichts weiter.
Ich erstelle alle 3D-Modelle für The Icon Shelf von Grund auf selbst. Jedes fertige Icon wird von mir in meinem Haus in Großbritannien 3D-gedruckt, nachbearbeitet, bemalt, geformt und gegossen.
Mein Ziel ist es, meine Dateien so druck- und montagefreundlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie müssen kein Experte sein, sollten aber mit 3D-Druckern vertraut sein, um meine Dateien optimal nutzen zu können.

I am a 20 year veteran of the film and games industry, sprinkle into that mix a lifetime of prop and costume building as a hobby.
This shop came out of a wish to have on my shelf at home all the characters I have loved from tv and film since I was a kid. Some I make because I want a character you can't buy, others simply because it's impossible to resist having a crack at something as a fan.
It feels the culmination of my jobs and hobbies have led me to a place where I can offer these highly detailed figures to you. All my work is fan art, nothing more.
I 3D model all The Icon Shelf files from scratch. Every finished Icon is 3D printed, cleaned up, painted, moulded, cast all by me at my home in the UK.
My aim is to make my files as easy to print and assemble as possible. You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to know your way around a 3D printer to get the most out of my files.
