The frame is nice. I had an original window when the item was estimated to be delivered and when that time frame passed I sent a message to the company and then the frame was shipped that day. The communication for shipping would have been great.

Be mindful that it is made from reclaimed wood.

Good frames and good service

Beautiful and sturdy frame! Arrived well-packed on expected timeline. Seller was very kind about making the frame to the exact measurements of a piece with unusual dimensions. I love it!!! NOTE: Some reviews mention that the product images for the Cool White frame are significantly more blue-tinged than it appears in person. This is true; HOWEVER, there IS a blue undertone in the paint, and whether it shows through depends a lot on the light conditions. When I took a photo for this review, my own turned out pretty blue-tinged too! So expect that your own Cool White frame may look different depending on where you put it in your house.
