All custom and personalized pieces — including photo jewelry, memorial items (including ashes), and made-to-order designs — are final sale.

Because these pieces are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

📦 Processing & Shipping

• Processing time is listed on each item.
• Custom pieces may require additional time due to design and curing processes.
• Once an item is shipped, delivery time is dependent on the carrier.

Tiny Acts of Defiance is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please message us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

The item
The packaging
The shipping label

We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

🔁 Returns (Non-Custom Items)

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our designs reflect current events and personal expression. By purchasing, you acknowledge that some pieces contain political messaging or adult language.

We create with intention — but we also believe in freedom of expression.

🐾 Studio Note

Every piece is handmade. Small variations, air bubbles, or slight imperfections are part of the charm of handcrafted resin work.

🖤 Memorial Ashes Policy & Disclaimer

We are honored to create memorial pieces that include cremation ashes. These items are handled with care, respect, and intention.

By purchasing a memorial piece, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for mailing the ashes securely and tracking the shipment.
• We are not responsible for ashes lost in transit to or from the studio.
• Only a very small portion of ashes is required; any unused ashes will be returned unless otherwise requested.
• Due to the handmade nature of resin work, slight variations, bubbles, or texture differences may occur.

While we take every precaution when handling memorial materials, Tiny Acts of Defiance cannot be held liable for unforeseen issues during shipping or the curing process.

All memorial items are final sale.
