Per dieci anni ho lavorato alla reception di un hotel di Tokyo. Ogni sera, gli ospiti aprivano una cartina e facevano la stessa domanda: dove andresti, in realtà?
Così ho tenuto un elenco. Il bancone del ramen senza insegna. Il bar raggiungibile solo tramite una scala sul retro. Il santuario che è silenzioso solo alle 7 del mattino. Poi ho iniziato a filmare le strade in 4K, così che le persone potessero vedere un posto prima di entrarci.
Questo negozio è quella lista e quei percorsi in un'unica guida: 350 posti in 24 quartieri di Tokyo, ognuno con il prezzo, l'uscita esatta della stazione e cosa ordinare.
