YourInnerPattern

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how YourInnerPattern collects, uses and protects your personal information when you buy from this shop on Etsy. I am the data controller for the information described below.

1. WHAT I COLLECT

To fulfil your order I receive certain information from Etsy: your name, your Etsy username, your order details, and any messages you send me.

For personalized reports (Birth Chart Reading, The Number Matrix) I also receive what you enter in the personalization field at checkout: your date of birth, your time of birth and your place of birth. This information is required to calculate your chart. Without it the report cannot be produced.

2. WHY I USE IT, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

- To create and deliver the product you ordered and to communicate with you about your order: necessary for the performance of our contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To answer questions and resolve problems after delivery, and to keep a basic record of what was delivered: my legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Where I ask for your consent for anything else, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

I do not use your birth data for advertising, for marketing profiling, or for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

3. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS PROCESSED

Your birth data is used to calculate your chart with astronomical ephemeris software and to produce your written report, including through automated drafting tools used inside my own workflow. Every report is reviewed before it is sent to you.

4. WHO I SHARE IT WITH

- Etsy, which operates the marketplace, processes payments and delivers our messages. Etsy's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
- Public authorities, where I am legally required to disclose information.

I do not sell your personal information and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

This shop is operated from Ukraine, outside the European Economic Area. When you buy from this shop, the information described above is transferred to and processed in Ukraine, only for the purposes set out in this policy and with the safeguards described in section 6.

6. HOW LONG I KEEP IT AND HOW IT IS PROTECTED

Order records, including birth data, are kept for as long as needed to support you after your purchase and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and are deleted afterwards. Files are stored on password-protected devices and accounts, and access is limited to me.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, message me through Etsy Messages. I will respond within 30 days.

8. CONTACT

The fastest way to reach me is Etsy Messages. For data protection questions you may also use the contact details shown in this shop's profile.
