Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a customer is not completely happy with their order, they may reach out to us to arrange to send it back (in its original condition), at the customer's expense and we will gladly issue credit, refund, or replacement. Custom designs and cards with written messages in them and sent directly to the recipient cannot be returned due to the nature of these items.

Items lost or damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the postal system, so we cannot be held liable for packages that have left Ireland. Where applicable package insurance may be purchased at an additional fee. Please contact the shop if you require insurance.

All cards are accepted. We accept PayPal payments. We will hold reserved orders for up to one week. We will remove any un-purchased custom orders within 7 business days.

Orders ship within 2-6 business days (unless you are notified otherwise) to the address listed on the Etsy transaction page. We ship almost everything using the local AnPost mail service. Stay flat mailers, protective sleeves, & sturdy cardboard are all part of our packing standard to ensure that no folding occurs.

We are happy to ship to international addresses and will fill out all customs forms accurately as necessary. While rare, any customs fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please note that international orders can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive, they can sometimes take longer during busy periods and depending on customs.
