5 out of 5 starsGreat quality. Looks beautiful. But Only two main pockets inside. Nothing like any zipped pocket or multiple open holding pockets etc. Also no way to hide the backpack straps and use like office bag. That’s a huge inconvenience. Besides that HIGH QUALITY BAG. Will buy again if they fix these points.

This bag is seriously so great in quality. There’s enough room for everything I need and the backpack is comfortable to wear. I contacted the shop to ask about faster shipping and they upgraded me for free! Bag is 10/10 and so is the company. I highly recommend!

Okay so I was initially a little wary. I couldn’t find much online about Hako outside of their own social media stuff, which is fine, I just wasn’t sure what I was in for. There aren’t a ton of product reviews etc. out there. But let me say, if you’re reading this: don’t hesitate. Once the bag did arrive, I was blown away. The craftsmanship is absolutely superb. It’s a beautifully built, wonderfully designed and very attractive piece. I’m honoured to sling it over my back. The communication from Jun was A1 and the ethics/sustainability of the product are sound. This bag feels like it’ll last me for many, many years to come and I couldn’t be happier. Many thanks!
