Perfect in every way!! Chelsi addressed my concerns promptly. The first mug had a hairline crack but she quickly sent a replacement. Absolutely love it! I’ve been searching for the perfect hand-made mug and I finally found “the one” after over two years of looking. This mug is unique, light, and checks all the marks for me. Great shop and seller too! Highly recommend.
