This retro high leg cut panty gets the luxe treatment with a bias cut silk blend velvet seat and heart dotted lace front panel with a sweet rouleau velvet bow at center front. A line of ruching at center back form fits to the body beautifully for a silhouette that is as enticing as it is comfortable.
