How to grow succulents from cutting and bareroot.

✿A cutting must be calloused over before planting, meaning the stem contend of the pad is dry and has sealed itself over in order to protect itself. It usually takes 3-7 days to be calloused, cactus may take longer to calloused before planting.

✿Place it in a warm, airy location under indirect sunlight, filtered sunlight or shaded area after planting. Water it 5-10 days later after planting depending on condition. The cutting usually would develop root anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Bareroot succulents would develop root faster. Never place your newly planted succulents under direct sun.

✿Once the root system established, the plant would then start to show new growth. Succulents do best under bright filtered sunlight, to get better color some varieties might need to grow under direct sunlight. Succulents color may vary time to time and seasons.

We will not replace anything that does not survive because we are not growing them. We are 100% successful at rooting them here on the farm. It takes a little care to get them to root and then planted. If you are a novice, I recommend you buy a potted plant that is established. We do not guarantee our cuttings once they leave our farm. They are shipped alive and packaged well for you to succeed in rooting them.

‣ Please note that USPS, UPS and FedEx does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by the carrier. I do not take responsibility for any shipment delays.

PLANT ARRIVAL: At check out the estimated delivery date is there in front of you before you pay. If the delivery date does not fit your schedule then do not order.

‣ If you live in a cold area of the country and you need a heat pack shipped with your plant they can be ordered separately in our store for $2.98 (72 hours) which covers Priority Mail time 2-3 days.
‣ The buyer is responsible to be aware of their temperatures during shipping. If the temps are below 45 we recommend a heat pack as packages can sit in cold warehouses of the shipping carrier which is out of our control.
‣ Again we can not be held responsible to cold damage of your plant as we do not have any control over the care of the box once it leaves our hands.

‣ Temperature are between 45F - 95F.
‣ Unboxing video sent within 2 hours of delivery at groundsofserenity@gmail.com
‣ Package was not late or mishandled by the courier.
(Heat packs are available in our store. Add one if you are concerned of the cold in your area.) We have temperature standards and if your location is below 45F we cannot Guarantee the plant.

The item was not what was pictured and the ones that were the right ones were very sad looking. i hope they root and grow. My order was for sedum starts , it did give a list of sedums that could be sent . My issue was that they sent tillandsia starts instead of sedum because they said they did not have enough sedum . Tillandsia is not a sedum and you do not substitute something completely different without contacting the customer ( me) . The description does not say it will substitute a different plant , it does say it will substitute different sedums. They informed me all I deserved was a partial refund and I disagree , you are not allowed to advertise for one item and send something different . As a matter of fact that is against the law. It is also known as bait and switch. So very dissatisfied with their customer service.

How are we the worst seller, when we reached out and told you the order was going to be delayed but you never responded back to us??? Then when you finally wanted to cancel, your order was already shipped out. We really did try reaching out to you to resolve the issue but you never responded. We couldn't do anything else.

This is kind of like getting a box of garbage for $21.00. First, the size. It’s a small grouping. Secondly, this is not something you can walk out and put in the garden so read the instructions carefully. I won’t be able to do this so unfortunately it is going in the compost bin.

I got my order and half the cuttings were rotted, leafless - useless. Sent photos of my loss, got a reply that they don't grantee their product is any way. The problem was they shipped the wet in plastic. It was their fault. I have ordered 40+ cuttings of sedums and never got purchase that was shipped like they did. They don't know how to ship; they were rude in their response and they blamed me. They banned me from making purchases from them - you fooled me once. Your angry response was childish.
