Pankaj is awesome! I needed a size they did not have listed and they were able to accommodate the custom size. I also requested that it would be pretty much exactly to the inch of the size I gave them as I know sometimes hand made rugs can differ a few inches. Pankaj assured me that it would be made to the inch the exact size as I requested and that is definitely the truth! The rug showed up exactly as pictured/described and exactly to my size specifications. It was also made and shipped ahead of schedule too which is always great! (Only took a little over a month from ordering to receive the rug) The color is stunning and perfectly subtle. The pattern is definitely more of a powder blue finish in person rather than as dark or grey as it may look online and the background color is a varied light warm beige/white which is perfect

Ordered sample. Sample was great in that it proved just a bit more gray than when viewed on PC screen. Love the design though
