Any regular made to order hat or other takes 3-5 business days to process (make). During the months of August thru January it may take up to 7 business days to go out the door.

So, in the event of a super custom order - any order outside the realm of what is seen, please contact me directly via convo or email. There is an additional charge for any super custom order. We will discuss via email what the extent of the custom order is and if it's possible. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks extra time for processing your super custom order.

All fabric are prewashed except for the wool and slouchy fabric with dyed yarn. Wool hats can not be washed but the other reversible hats are able to be washed as well as the fleece hats. Wash in cold, gentle cycle and air dry. Light iron if needed. Do not iron tags.

HIP Mini's can also be washed in a wash bag or pillow case. Wash in cold, gentle cycle and air dry. Light iron if needed. Do not iron tags.

Adorable and so functional! The visor can easily be folded and kept in your bag to use when needed. I love that it's reversible! I requested a print that was shown in a listing for a different hat and the shop owner is very responsive and helpful. A wonderful shop with cute, comfortable hats!
