For our packaging we use boxes created by us by recycling paper and cardboard ".... everything is transformed" eco friendly!
I try my best to make the package safe before shipping it, I protect it carefully, I ship with bubble wrap.

To make a return, the buyer must ship with traceability to be communicated on the day of shipment.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, it will NOT be refunded.
International returns must be marked in the shipping documents as RETURNED PRODUCT, in the absence of this the buyer becomes responsible for any customs tax which will NOT be refunded.
Jewelery must be returned:
- intact and above all without signs of use, NEVER worn!
- Properly packed
- Equipped with all its possible accessories
The refund will be made only after receiving the product. If the item is not intact the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our jewels are shipped carefully and well packaged, but it may happen that during transport they suffer damage due to the postal service.
✔ Notify me within 3 days of receipt, I do not accept returns after 7 days of receiving the item from the customer.
✔Refund: it will be only for the price of the item, not for the shipping costs and will take place after the return of the item at the customer's expense with traceable shipping, even if you have purchased with free shipping costs.
✔ Loss: I will make a report of loss to the post office and, after the sure answer of loss, I will contact you and decide either a refund or a new shipment.
✔ There are no refunds for purchases sent to the wrong address.
