*The Air Plants you receive will vary. The pictures are samples to show different varieties. The ones chosen will be healthy and ones I think pair well together. Please message me if you have a certain variety in mind and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

*Please note the size. These are very little. The finished product measures around 3" in height. They may be small but they have a lot of personality!

**IMPORTANT**If your experiencing extreme weather (hot or cold I strongly recommend that you track your package and make sure you or a neighbor are available to receive it and bring it inside when it arrives. These plants will not survive outside in extreme temperatures.

Most of my listings are packaged in pin-striped kraft gift boxes and tied with Jute string. If the individual listing your interested in does not state that it is packaged in this manner, please message me and I'd be happy to package it as a gift for you.

If you want to include a complimentary enclosure card, just let me know and what you'd like the card to say at check out (note to seller) and I'd be happy to include it for you as well.

Most of my packages are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom or larger orders may take slightly longer to process. Once your package is shipped it will generally reach you within 1-3 business days if you choose priority and 2-5 days if you choose first class,

If the box contains Air Plants, they will benefit from a little air circulation. Open the box immediately and remove the plant so it can get air and light until your ready to give it.

If your giving Marimo Moss balls, you just want to make sure it doesn't dry out. The Moss balls will arrive wet but it's advised to check it and re moisten if needed.

This is a rare occurrence but can happen. Once I ship your order what happens after that is out of my hands and in the hands of USPS. I strongly suggest always paying attention to your tracking once you get a confirmation your order has been shipped (tracking info is provided).

If your package tracking is marked as "Delivered" and you didn't receive the item then it is then your responsibility to contact your local Post Office. They can often help you and GPS coordinates may even be available to tell whether or not it was delivered to the correct location. You can also check with Neighbors. Mail theft is a crime and a Police report should be filed. It is important that you provide a correct address and a safe place for delivery.
