HOW IT WORKS:

1. Place an order. Add the desired items to your cart and proceed to make your purchase on Etsy.
2. Download the PDF containing the links. Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll gain instant access to the downloadable PDF file containing Canva template links. (For best practice, please use your computer to download the files, as the Etsy app does not currently offer a download option.)
3. Customize and personalize the videos with written content to align perfectly with your branding and business needs.
4. IF you want you can create a shareable template link for your clients or export the templates as files for your Instagram needs. DO NOT USE OUR LINKS (you have to create new links). DO NOT SELL THEM ON ETSY. If you decide to resell them (outside from Etsy!) everything MUST BE REBRANDED.

No need to panic!
Unfortunately the only way to access and dowload digital files on Etsy is through “purchases and reviews” on a browser.
Files cannot be dowloaded on the app and there are often issues using the link in the confirmation email.
If you have the app on your phone, just type in “etsy” on your browser and select “cancel” when prompted to open the app.
Otherwise, just access your profile on a browser clicking on the top right corner > purchases and reviews > click on the product
You should see the “dowload files option”
This process is also explained in detail with pictures in our Installation guide.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with Apple and IOS that can’t be fully fixed at the moment. It’s also described in our guide. For now what you can do is reduce the lag by taking the following steps:
Go to settings > accessibility > motion and activate reduce motion :)
We hope and think that with the next update Apple will fix this, but at the moment there is no permanent way to fix it
