This is a white miniature ceramic houses sculpture. It is a hand made village including 3 miniature houses, a ceramic olive tree and a ceramic bird on a natural Mediterranean beach stone. These little ceramic houses, tree and bird are made with white clay, partly painted with bright ceramic colors and fired in high temperature kiln, before gluing it onto the beach stone. It is all a one unit home decor and an office decor / office accessories , a unique gift for him or for her, an unforgettable housewarming gift or just a gift for a ceramics and pottery or an art lover.

I make custom orders occasionally. I am not able to work with other people accurate instructions. I do my artwork best just the way I do it. So, if you want to make a custom order, you are most welcome to contact me, but know that the outcome is always a surprise. I am not able to make the exact same thing twice or copy.

All my items are carefully wrapped before shipping. I do my very best to make sure you will get my items safe and sound. Nevertheless, accidents may happen. If you got a damaged item, Please let me know as soon as you get it, sent me a picture of the damage and I will do my best to replace the item with a similar one or a refund (I will find the best way to solve each case individually).

I send all my items with a gift wrap, unless if these are too big to be wrapped as one.

In the case of returned package to the sender due to unclaimed goods, I will send back the order subject to repayment of the shipping costs. As an alternative, I will be able to make a refund for the products but not for the shipping and handling costs.

In the case of returning the goods to me due to customer request for cancelling the order, Shipping the goods back will be paid by the customer. I will make a refund for the products only! NOT for my original shipping and handling costs. I will send the refund, as I will get the goods unused and in their original condition.

No refund will be given for custom-made orders.
