Items took a long time to arrive. Seller was communicative but kept expecting me to wait with no evidence of dispatch or delivery even though she knew the dresses were for my bridesmaids. Seller also didn't tell me delivery time was 3 weeks until after dispatch (items took 4 weeks from when I was told they were dispatched as they weren't sent til later). The dresses haven't been tried on but seem like good quality and are very nice.

I have still not received the item .. I paid customs charge on it on 3rd April and it has still not arrived. It was meant to be delivered on the 22nd march

The customs kept your dress for 17 days, in Ireland. It is not my fault, but customs procedure. You left your review on 10th of April. Your dress arrived on 11th of April, at 9am.
