The jewelry is designed and manufactured in Israel by hand and plated with a durable quality Nickel-free gold plating.

We give a one-year responsibility for the gold plating from the purchase date. If you'd like to renew the plating after the warranty expired, we'll be glad to recoat it with a symbolic cost.

If jewelry is damaged for some reason, you can send it to our studio and we will repair it, please attach the order number and send us a message with all the details about the damage that occurs and we will contact you.
We will update what the repair cost is after seeing what the damage is.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The jewelry arrived quickly and securely packaged and is all I hoped for. The necklaces have a nice, heavier weight to them, so they actually lay on your skin. The connection of the dots to the necklaces looks secure, as do the clasps of the necklaces. Having made good experiences with Lalivs work in the past as well, this makes me really happy!
