Specific Item Details:
Using an industrial CO2 laser engraving machine and quality tumblers, designs are permanently etched into the cup.
• Each cup is custom made to order
• Tumblers hold 20 ounces
• Design is permanently engraved into the tumbler. It will not fade or wash away.
• 100% dishwasher safe.
• Double wall vacuum insulated construction can be used for both hot & cold liquids
• All engraving is silver and cannot be changed.

Shipping Details:
•Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update.
•If your order arrives damaged, photo proof will be required within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
•I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item. However, if a mistake is made in your personalization, I will be happy to replace it at no cost.
•Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.
