All Items are shipped via Priority Mail providing tracking code through Italian Postal Service. The delivery prices seems high but this is calculated due to items weight, as glass items has significant weight it is oftentimes convinient combined shopping option. By purchasing more then one item delivery prices becomes more reasonable. Any delivery overages will be refunded after your purchase.

Express mail option also available, in case of your need just contact me. I will inform you with the details and adjust the listing for you.

You can also request to have your order shipped with Insurance Covered Mail ( covered for loses and damages ) by emailing me before making an order, the shipping prices should be adjusted in this case.

**Replacements/Refunds for lost packages are only guaranteed for any orders shipped with Registered or Registered Insured Mail.

***For international orders the buyer is responsible for import/customs charges.

Items will be shipped out within 3 business days of your cleared payment. This excludes any items such as custom orders, made to order items for such items please allow up from 1 week to four weeks time to make it ready to ship.

International shipping could take from 1 week to 30 days, while under busy period (as Christmas time) it could take much more longer.

PACKING : Glass items needs special and carefull packaging. For jewellery items I use carton jevellery boxes and buble envelopes and for other objects depending on the size will use buble wrappings , bubble envelopes or stronger cardboard boxes filled with multibol and polystyrene to avoid breaking.
****For packing especially for large glass pieces I use recycled materials as carton boxes, polistyrol boards and newspapers on necessity.

How to Care Glass
Glass platters and bowls can be used daily and washed in a dishwasher in delicate cycle programs between 30 - 55 degrees Celcius , with less aggressive, delicate soaps. Avoid high temperature washings with time which would cause glass becoming matt on the surface.
Don`t use the glass dishes in the microvave and traditional oven, they are not oven proof, the rapid heat changes could cause glass to break.
All glass items are handmade unique piece of craftwork and do not have industrial perfection.

In order to keep your glass jewellery in its good condition do not wear your jewellery in the shower or while washing your hands.

Photographs are taken as clearly as possible but may slightly misrepresent scale or colour as this will vary from monitor to monitor. Please refer to the given measurements for precise size for every piece. As all the pieces are uniq and handcrafted pieces , please allow for slight irregularities due to the handmade nature of the pieces in some cases.
