Purchases made with free shipping will be subject to my normal return policy. In addition, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by USPS. Shipping on these items is a completed transaction. I can not give refunds on original shipping for an item already delivered. Therefore, that part of the transaction is not eligible to be refunded.

I will ship to the address the customer provides.

If USPS gives a ‘Not Verified’ response and Etsy does not allow me to print the shipping label, I will make every attempt, through Etsy messaging and Email, to contact you for further information. I will attempt several times. If no response is received from customer by Ship Date, I will extend the Ship Date. Once that new Ship Date expires, and there has been no response from customer, the order will be cancelled and I will refund.
