Fantastic customer service!! Highly recommend you ask for a chart to determine your shoe size. The first shoe came and looked great, but soon after I had issues with the sole. Hilda was quick to respond and immediately another pair was being prepared to be sent to me which I've worn several times now and I've had no issues. The boots have held up well so far. Will definitely look to purchase more from Miles & Louie.
