When you're not using it on the Traeger it's a great cutting board with drip groove for your everyday needs as well. Get the meat ready in the kitchen and bring it right out to your Traeger/pellet grill and it sets onto the lid of your pellet hopper. It’s awesome! And a great price too!
Others offer a board with drip groove and personalization for more $$. We offer all that plus a recessed bottom, magnets and the internal temperature guide lasered into the bottom too! More for less because we know that’s what you want.
The bottom of the board is sprayed with several coats of catalyzed lacquer (holds up to just about any abuse) and the top is saturated with mineral oil (It's food safe) and finished with "Wood Butter" (A product made by U.S. Veterans) which gives it an extra layer of protection and a beautiful sheen as well. You can add wood butter to your order for a lifetime of conditioning for your board.

1: Exactly what you would like on the top of the cutting board for words. (ie. Anderson with the mountain above or Jeff's Kitchen with no mountains or I’ll send a logo)

PLEASE NOTE: 1. Some pellet hopper lids open to the side which will NOT ALLOW you to open the lid (very high) when the cutting board is in place. (See it in the listing pictures) If your hopper lid opens from front to back you WILL have access to the pellets while the cutting board is in place. Either way this cutting board gives you a clean surface to work from and honestly... how often do we need to look into the hopper anyway?
2. Grills with the larger pellet hopper lids don't allow for the full internal temperature guide. The words "Internal Temperature Guide" and the pictures are not on these boards. The guide is still cut into the board with the words "Poultry, Pork, Fish and Beef" along with the safe temperatures. These boards are still awesome!
3. I can only use logos you have permission to use. (ie. Your company logo) and cannot add sports logos or any other copyrighted logo on your boards. Sorry!
Warnings
Never submerge a wooden cutting board in water or run it through the dishwasher. Excess moisture will make the wood swell, soften the glue and loosen the joints.
Don’t treat your cutting board with a plant-based, cooking or animal-based oil, such as canola, walnut, lard or olive oil. Those oils turn rancid over time and make the cutting surface unsanitary.
Tips
Oil your cutting board once a month or whenever it starts looking dull in places. You might need to oil it twice a month if you live in a very dry climate.
Keep your cutting board clean by wiping it off after every use. Immediately dry wet areas with a clean towel.
