One of each of our farm-to-bottle hot sauces, including our new "Pica Reaper"! All of our sauces are made with only whole food ingredients, utilizing organic lemon juice and our farm-grown peppers as the base. We never add artificial stabilizers or preservatives.

Pica Rica has all the beauty of the habanero pepper -- very spicy, but with notes of sweetness.
Pica Verde is a medium level heat, with a zesty and bright note of citrus.
Pica Verde Chipotle is crafted with our slow-smoked jalapeño peppers to create a rich, authentic smokey kick.
Pica Reaper is not novelty hot, as we add 1/3 Carolina Reaper peppers, 1/3 habanero, and 1/3 jalapeño. It has a distinctly different flavor profile from Pica Rica and is a slight step up in terms of heat.

Nestled at the base of Mt. Mitchell, where clean water flows abundantly, is Open Ridge Farm. We are a small, family-run market garden. From fruit and nut trees to vegetables and hot peppers, we work to build healthy soil through regenerative methods, providing nutrient-dense food for our community. Our sauces are built around the flavors of the peppers we carefully cultivate each year, crafted in small batches right here on our farm. We are passionate about our gardens and our hot sauce, and you can taste that in every bottle!

Our hot sauce is "Born in the Tropics, Raised in the Mountains": We met on a farm in Costa Rica, where Jona first started making his hot sauce, utilizing our farm-grown habanero-related peppers and our homemade banana vinegar. Farm volunteers and visitors fell in love! We eventually moved back to the US, and started our own farm at the base of the highest peak east of the Mississippi, Mt. Mitchell.
