I am happy to accept custom orders. Each of my creations allows for different customization options so please contact me for further information. Custom orders can require up to 15 days to be processed and cannot be returned or exchanged. A different price may apply to a customized item depending on your request. Please also note as I usually work in small quantities, custom orders are subject to the availability of materials, so in some cases I might not be able to accept your request.

All my creations are shipped worldwide by courier service (DHL, UPS)

Please also note I'll do my best to meet the shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them as they depend on the courier service, too.

You can return your items within 7 days after receiving it, but the items must be returned in the original conditions and unwashed.

You can return the items in these cases:
1. Distinct and visible damages (we will ask you photos)
2. Different fabric or colour from the description (keep in mind that they are REAL handmade items so slight differences from the photos could happen)

Keep in mind that turbans adapt to head circumferences from 54 to 57 cm, if you need different measures other than these, contact us.

Refund can be issued only once we'll have the item back in our hands. We will refund only the items cost minus a 15% of restocking fee.
