This is a beautiful white shadowbox frame with paper roses on the inside in the shape of any letter you would like (also available in a gold frame). The frame is 8in x 10in (when measured it is 9in x 11in with the wooden part of the frame), with white vinyl on the front.

All items are made to order and is customizable - so if you do not prefer the options available, we can work together to create something just for you. The final design will be sent to buyer for approval before making the product.

If you like the designs shown on the shop but want to customize it, mention it in the added comments of the posting. Or feel free to message me before purchasing too. We can work together to make the product perfect for you!

Some items need customization (e.g. the zodiac cup). If you do not respond within a reasonable time, I will assume that you want what is in the photo samples. For example, for the zodiac name+constellation, I will use the font from the “Nicole” font sample. However, if it is an item that needs a lot of customization and the customer does not respond, I may need to cancel/refund your order.

If there is something wrong with your product, please let me know and I will try my best to fix the situation!

For the customized drinkware, if the vinyl does come off then let me know so I can help. But please handwash gently so that the design does not lose adhesion to the cup. For the first year of having the drinkware and the vinyl comes off, I would be happy to take the cup again and redo the vinyl design.
