:: DESCRIPTION ::

You will receive a set of 8 personalized folded note cards with a matching envelopes.

-Note cards are sized 4.25”x5.5” when folded
-Premium 80 lb. Heavy Weight matte white vellum cover stock
-Heavy Weight 70 lb. matching white square flap envelope
-Optional return address printing on envelope flap - choose when selecting item purchase option above
-Each set of 8 notes and envelopes is packaged in a re-sealable vellum sleeve

:: HOW TO ORDER ::

-Choose either note cards with blank envelopes or note cards with envelopes with return address
-Include personalization details in personalization box. You must include return address details here or your order will not be able to be completed.
-Include any notes to me, special instructions, wanting an electronic proof before printing, etc. If you do not have enough room, feel free to send me a message.
-IMPORTANT: If you are requesting a proof before printing, you MUST have Etsy Message notifications turned on or make a point to proactively check your messages. Proofs will be sent within 1 business day of receiving your order. I will not be able to process your order if you do not get back to me about the proof your request. If I do not hear back from you within 72 hours, your order will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
-Choose how many sets of 8 you would like to order
-If you have chosen your notes with a return address on the envelope flap above, the address will be printed on the envelopes in a font and ink color to match your personalized notes.
-If an electronic proof is requested before printing, please let me know. This will add on 1 to 2 days to your total order turn around time. Look for your electronic proof via Etsy Messages(or email if you’re a guest), typically within 24 hours of placing your order. Review it carefully before giving your approval. ! If I can't get in touch with you within 4 days, orders will print without approval in order for me to stay on schedule with shipping.

:: SHIPPING TIMES ::

The USPS has been experiencing significant delays due to volume increases and staffing shortages due to COVID-19. Shipping times may be longer than anticipated and are not within my power to change. I ship all of my orders via USPS First Class Mail from my office in New Hampshire. If you are interested in a Priority Flat Rate upgrade (1 to 4 days), please send me a message before you place your order.


:: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ::

Due to the customized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive your order and it is damaged or there is a mistake, please contact me right away and I will do my best to make it right!
