Where do I find my download?
Your files will be available automatically as soon as Etsy confirms your payment.
To download your files:
On a computer or laptop (recommended):
1. Sign in to Etsy.com (downloads are not available through the Etsy App).
2. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews
Or visit: www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3. Find your order and select Download Files.
If you checked out as a Guest:
Etsy will email your download link to the email address you used at checkout.
Look for a message from transactions@etsy.com.
Why can’t I download files from the Etsy App?
The Etsy mobile app does not support digital file downloads.
To access your files, please use a web browser on a computer or mobile device.
How do I open a ZIP file?
Most modern computers can open ZIP files automatically.
If yours cannot, you can use free software such as:
- WinZip
- WinRar
- 7‑Zip
Once unzipped, you’ll see all included pattern files.
Can I sell the earrings I make from your patterns?
Yes — you may sell the finished handmade items you create.
However, the pattern itself may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or resold in any form.
Usage Policy:
For personal use only. You may sell the finished product, but you may not redistribute, share, or resell the pattern.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital items, all sales are final.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- No physical item will be shipped
- Digital files cannot be returned
- Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not available
