Can I get a partial refund or replacement on an item that breaks?

If it is not damaged from shipment then; no. I examine every product very carefully before I ship and do not send out broken or faulty product.

What if item came broken during shipment?

It is recommended that you take advantage of the Insurance upgrade during checkout to protect your purchase.
If item came broken from shipment AND shipping insurance upgrade was selected, I ask for photos of the damages within 24 hours of receiving the item. I will discuss solutions at that time. Any reports after 24 hours of delivery about this issue will be denied from this request.

I have not received my package

Please do not reach out to me requesting information on where your package is and when it will be delivered. You receive tracking information for your order. Please contact USPS for such inquiries. As soon as an order is picked up from USPS it is out of my hands and I do not and will not have any more information than you have at that point.
In addition, please take advantage of upgrading your order with insurance, that way if anything happens, item is damaged in transit or lost so a claim can be filed. Please do not request that I send you another order for free (replacement) or a refund, if your package arrives later than you anticipated. As stated in each listing, I shall not be held responsible for delays or lost packages.
