I'm not so good in telling stories... Images working much better :)
But I will think about whole story and meanwhile it will better to return to painting process

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I'm sure that you will happy with you purchase at my gallery, but If for some reason you are not satisfied with your art piece, I will accept returns in 14 business days and refund purchase price (shipping cost is not refundable). If your order was eligible for FREE SHIPPING, you would be refunded for the total purchase cost minus the actual shipping cost because in this case the shipping cost was payed by me and actually is part of the total price you've paid. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
I accept payment via Paypal which accepts all major credit cards It's possible to pay with a credit card through PayPal without opening an account. I will ship items after payment has been cleared.

CUSTOM DUTIES and IMPORT VAT:
Currently Etsy collect local taxes for some States in United States and Australia - this tax would be automatically added to the price of order and paid directly on Etsy.

But all countries have different restrictions about VAT and Custom duties and this is responsibility of the buyer to pay them when the package arrives and Customs Department in your country decree VAT and/or Custom Duty fees. Please check those rules for your country before the purchase.
I'm not responsible for any custom duties or import VAT charges. This depends on your local rules and these are different in every country. If your order would returned because of the not paid Custom Duties or/and VAT fees, the refund for the order would be 50% of the total paid cost minus shipping cost.

Shipping
Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days from cleared payment

All orders of 70 USD and more shipped with UPS Express Delivery
3-5 days to United Stated, 3-7 days to most common destinations.

All other orders are shipped with High Priority International Mail to most common destinations and with International Registered Mail to other countries and tracking number is provided, upgrade for UPS Express Delivery is available in shipping options.

Standard shipping times are as following:

Hight Priority International Mail: 10-14 days usually, but in specific periods of post activity (as Holidays season) could take up to 21 working day.

International Registered post approximately 10-24 work days.

Local First Class Registered post approximately 3-7 work days.

Express Mail Shipping - 3-7 business days for most locations - PLEASE PROVIDE PHONE NUMBER in a message to seller box - shipping carrier requirements.

I'm not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.
I'm not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
If this is your concern please convo me regarding shipping insurance.

Each art piece I ship is carefully packed for safe delivery. I have special packing materials for each kind of print.
Additional policies and FAQs
The receipt and commercial invoice of purchase is included in package - all international orders have include those for custom services according to law, even if the order marked as gift.

Custom duties and import VAT
I don't responsible for any custom duties or import VAT charges. This depends on your local rules and these are different in every country.

Local orders: Please note - all orders from ISRAEL - the 17% VAT is added to the price you see on ETSY. There is no option to add this automatically, because of that the 17% Vat would be charged separately after you place your order.
