Do I receive a physical product?
No. All EverydayToolLab products are digital products. Nothing will be shipped to you. After purchase, you’ll receive the files and instructions listed in the product description.
Do I need Excel or Google Sheets?
No. Our tools are designed as easy-to-use browser apps — no Excel, Google Sheets, or spreadsheet knowledge required. Simply open the planner or calculator in your browser and start using it.
How do the browser apps work?
Open the included app or access link, enter your details, and the tool automatically calculates or organizes the results for you. Each product is designed to solve one specific problem quickly, without complicated setup.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. EverydayToolLab tools are sold as one-time purchases. No monthly subscription or account is required unless a specific listing clearly states otherwise.
Can I use the apps on my phone?
Yes. Our browser-based tools are designed to work on desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet. Many tools can also be added to your phone’s Home Screen for app-like access. Android and iPhone instructions are included when applicable.
Will my information be saved?
Most EverydayToolLab apps save your progress locally in your browser on your device. Your data is not automatically synced between different phones or computers. Clearing your browser/site data may also remove saved progress.
What if I have trouble opening or using my purchase?
Please send me a message through Etsy and I’ll be happy to help. If possible, include the device and browser you are using and a screenshot of the issue so I can troubleshoot it faster.
Can I share or resell the app or digital files?
No. Your purchase is for personal use unless the individual listing states otherwise. The app files, access links, guides, and other digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or uploaded for others to use.
