Your shipping responsibility?
All orders will come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
Lost packages will be replaced when we confirm with the delivery service that the package was indeed lost.
No replacement will be sent until we have this confirmation.
In case the tracking shows the package was delivered, it will not be replaced if reported stolen.
Anyway, I'm here to find a best solution.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that we are unable to approve cancellation requests after orders are placed with us.
Our fashion studio is running 24/7 which means your order is immediately manufactured and shipped to you without hesitation.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
Because of the nature of some items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
