The process of having to select whether the piece is shipped rolled vs. stretched vs. framed then having to do a subsequent transaction based on the selection was a bit annoying (and not particularly clear). Notwithstanding, I will definitely be ordering another piece soon.

5 out of 5 starsThe issues for shipping were due to the post office here being an absolute mess and not on Koby whatsoever. It ended up taking much longer to arrive than expected, when ordering just figure an extra week or two to be safe.

WHY DOES IT TAKE 3-4 WEEKS FOR THE PAINTING TO BE SHIPPED?
Because I use oil paint (and not acrylic). Oil needs time to get dry in fresh air as the paint is oil based as opposed to acrylic that is based on water. Also I use thick layers of paint in my paintings (impasto style) so it needs more time to cure.
CAN I MAKE CUSTOM REQUESTS?

IS IT SAFE TO SHIP AN OIL PAINTING WITH LAYERS?
Yes, the paintings are shipped in a very secure way.
XL reinforced dedicated plastic tube made specifically for the paintings. Protects against moisture, heat and harsh shipping environments. The paintings are covered with protective nylon on top for extra safety and sealed with anti moistures.
