Are "loose threads" or slight variations defects?

At Loose Thread Lab, every item is cut and stitched individually in California. Because of this, pattern placement may vary, and sizes may differ slightly (approx. 0.5"). Small imperfections are part of the charm of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Can I return pet or baby items?

Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the safety of all our furry and tiny customers, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, including pet hair, dander, drool, or washing machine scents. Please measure carefully before ordering!

Shop Return Policy

I accept returns. Contact me within 14 days and ship back within 30 days of delivery.

1.Condition: Items must be returned in original, unused, and brand-new condition. Items with stains, odors, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

2.Verification: Please send photos (front/back) with a note of today's date before shipping for verification.

3.Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.Refunds: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Only the item price will be refunded after inspection.

5.Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
