Shipping
I ship to your Etsy address, unless otherwise requested. Please double-check that your Etsy address is correct.
All items are delivered to you by priority mail. I will post your order to you within two business days of receiving your payment and I will send you a confirmation of dispatch by email so that you will know when to expect your delivery. If for technical or other reasons beyond my control, I am unable to post your order in the normal time frame, I will contact you to let you know.
Custom orders are shipped five to fifteen business days (as shown individually in the product description of each item) after the day of purchase.
Please note that all items are posted from Cyprus. If you are buying from overseas you may be charged duty or tax; this will depend on the regulations applicable for your country. If you are concerned about this, please check your local customs regulations before placing your order. You are responsible for the payment of any extra amounts charged on items that you order.
We provide free shipping (tracking number and insurance for 35 Euro) which requires 12-15 days (e.g. US, CAN, AUS, CHINA) or 7-10 days (Europe). EMS or EPG Datapost service is also available at a cost of about 22-26 Euro (depending on weight and destination) providing full insurance and faster service (5-8 days depending on the destination). Overnight or express service is also available costing around 50-65 Euro (depending on destination, package and service). Please contact me if you would like to discuss shipping options, other than the free service provided.
