5 out of 5 starsThis Hairbrush ist beautiful!! just remember that when you order from Europe that it is goint to take a long time untill you recirve the Product. i waited almost a Month.. but is was a 100% worth the wait! i am a little concerned about the gold might vanishing, but thats okay for that price. just be carefull.

There was a minor issue with my order initially, but the customer service and communication were honestly amazing from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything right quickly. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the product and the customer experience. Definitely worth the purchase if you appreciate well made pieces with customization options.
