What are your items made from?
Items are 3D printed using high-quality plastics such as PLA, PETG, or ABS, depending on the design and intended use. I choose materials based on strength, durability, and appearance—because the right filament matters just as much as the design.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Most items are designed by me and all are made to order using my own 3D printers. While the printers do the heavy lifting, each design, setting, and final check is handled by me. Where designs are from a 3rd party, the correct licences have been obtained or designers credited.
Why do some prints show visible layers?
While every effort is made to suitably reduce the appearance of layer lines, they are a natural part of 3D printing—and often a design feature rather than a flaw. I optimise print settings for strength, detail, and surface quality, but subtle layer lines are part of what makes each piece uniquely 3D printed.
Custom and personalised orders
Often, yes! If you have an idea, need a size tweak, or want a custom part, feel free to message me before ordering. I’m always happy to see if a custom solution is possible.
How strong/durable are your prints?
Durability depends on the design, material, and how the item is used. Parts with a functional application, e.g load bearing, will likely be stronger than those printed for decorative purposes. I design parts with real-world use in mind and select design features, print orientations, materials and settings for strength—not just looks. If you’re unsure whether an item suits your use case, just ask!
Are your items suitable for outdoor use?
Some materials (e.g PETG or ASA) perform better outdoors than others (PLA). If you plan to use an item outside or in warm environments, please check the product description or message me for advice so I can recommend the best option.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Most items are made to order. Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on print time and order volume. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method you select.
Custom and personalised orders
Item photos are typically of the actual printed item, not a 3D render. AS such they give a good indication of the final finish. However, each item is printed individually, so slight variations in colour, texture, or finish can occur. Rest assured, every piece is checked before shipping to ensure it meets my quality standards.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact me—I’ll always do my best to make it right.
