I'm a nurse of 32 years, a mom, a grandma, and someone who has lived through hard seasons: burnout, divorce, grief, stress, and the chaos of everyday life. Somewhere along the way, I realized that sometimes laughter is the only way we survive. Sometimes, the most honest thing we can say is : I'm operating at reduced capacity.

This shop is my way of turning real-life struggles into something wearable-- funny, relatable apparel that makes people laugh, feel seen, and remember they're not alone.

Every design is created with intention: to bring humor, comfort, and encouragement to nurses, moms, grandmas, men, papas, menopause warriors, mental health survivors, and anyone who feels they're juggling too much.

Reduced Capacity isn't just a brand--it's a reminder that showing up at 60% still counts.
