Announcement    Welcome to our cozy little shop in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, where everything is handmade to order just for you. We are always adding new items to our shop that we hope you will enjoy.

We take great pride and care in the production of your order. Our product and customer service are our top priority.

What you will find in our shop, are one-of-a-kind, sturdy, handmade, and undoubtedly beautiful items. All items are built by John, a woodworker of 20+ years.

We produce a high-quality product that we really enjoy creating for you. We welcome custom orders. If you have something special in mind, please don't hesitate to ask! We will do our best to create your custom order as per your wishes.

All of our Items are made with the same love and care you would have put into them if you had made them yourself.

We do ask that you check your email often because we will be in contact with you once you place an order with our shop. The messages we send, will go to the email you used when placing your order. Please make sure to check that email often if your order is personalized and if need be, check your SPAM folder.

SHIPPING:
Everything we make is built from solid wood. Shipping cost can be high on our larger items, due to the size of your purchase and your zip code. The shipping cost is based on the weight and overall measurements of the packaging along with your address.

We always look for the best form of shipping that has the lowest cost before we ship any of our large items. We will check with USPS and FedEx to see which offer the best and most economical form of shipping before we ship any large order. If we find a better price for shipping an order, we will most certainly refund any overage to the customer, at the time of shipment.

Please be advised that the $39.00 FedEx Home Delivery shipping fee we offer for our large organizers applies to physical addresses only. We cannot ship FedEx Home delivery to a PO Box address.

Due to the higher rate of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the US Territories, the $39.00 FedEx Home Delivery rate cannot be applied. Please contact our shop, with your address, before placing your order. We will search for the most economical rate and send you a quote.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Please allow up to 10 - 21 business days (excluding Federal holidays) for your order to be built, painted, finished and shipped.

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF OUR RETURN POLICY:
We make every effort to provide a product that you will be proud to own. All orders are handmade at the time your order is placed. No two orders are alike. We ask that if you are ordering one of our organizers, that you MEASURE THE AREA that your item is to fit, and compare that to the dimensions we have with each of our listings, before placing your order. We cannot issue a refund simply because the item you ordered doesn't fit. If ordering any of our frames, please make sure you MEASURE THE CORRECT SIZE of your photo, print or document before placing your order. Same rule applies to any of our multi opening frames, along with making sure the multi opening frame will fit in the space you have planned.

We cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, color or finish, for your frame or organizer, once the item has been handmade to your specifications and shipped to you.

Please make sure you read the description of the item you are ordering. We process all orders by the color and finish you choose when you place your order, not the color and finish of the listing's photo.

WE CANNOT REFUND ANY CUSTOM MADE, PERSONALIZED OR RESERVED LISTINGS:
We always make several attempts to communicate with any customer placing such orders. If we do not hear back from the customer with their approval of any CUSTOM MADE, PERSONALIZED OR RESERVED LISTING, that oder cannot be refunded once it is received.

DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY:
If your order is damaged when you receive it, and you are requesting a refund or replacement, we will need photos of the damaged item, the box and packing materials. These are required to show proof of the damage for insurance filing purposes. Once the insurance claim has been paid, we can proceed with either a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:
All buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What happens if I don't get my order or my order is delayed?

We ship through USPS and FEDEX . Your order has a tracking number automatically assigned to it once we ship it. You will be notified of the tracking number once we ship your order. If for some reason you don't receive your order or there is a delay in receiving your order, please check the tracking number through the USPS or FEDEX website first. If there is a problem with the tracking, please contact our shop.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the tracking number shows that your order was delivered to the address you provided, we cannot issue a refund if your order turns up missing or stolen.

All orders are insured before we ship them.

What are your return policies?

We can't accept returns for CUSTOM MADE, PERSONALIZED or RESERVED LISTINGS. We always communicate with every customer when an order is placed. We will check for final approval on all custom, personalized and reserved listings, before we proceed.

All orders are handmade at the time your order is placed. No two orders are alike. We ask that if you are ordering one of our organizers or collage frames, that you MEASURE THE AREA that your item is to fit, and compare that to the dimensions we have with each of our listings, before placing your order. We cannot issue a refund simply because the item you ordered doesn't fit. If ordering any of our frames, please make sure you MEASURE THE CORRECT SIZE of your photo, print or document.

What happens if my order is not what I thought I ordered?

We ask that you check your email often. We do communicate with every customer once an order is placed. We go strictly by the order form as to color, size, finishes and personalization instructions if applicable. If we see something questionable on your order, we will ask about it. If we do not receive a reply from you, we will have to assume that your order form is correct and will proceed with your order as placed.

Please make sure your measurements are correct before placing your order for any of our organizers, frames or multi opening frames. Also, please make sure to read the item's description before you place your order. We go by the color and finish you choose on your order form, not the picture of the listing.

What if my item is damaged from shipping?

If your order is damaged when you receive it, and you are requesting a refund, we will need photos of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in, to show proof of the damage for insurance claim filing purposes. Once we receive the item or items in good condition back from you, we can refund your purchase price, minus the shipping fees.
