Founded in Tel Aviv in 2009.

We came up with the acryLamp in 2010 as a result of searching for a decorative solution of emergency blackout office corridor lights. 3 years and many prototypes later the buLb lamp came to life and which also signified the beginning of the iLLuminite collection. iLLuminite is inspired by the search for a more unique and original approach to night lights and ambient lights. As it turns out, acrylic glass functions like fiber optics, light up one side and the acrylic glass channels the light all the way through to the other side. More so, any engraving on the acryl will emit the light as well. After understanding this process I started experimenting with the materials. My objective was to place my product at an affordable price range around $50 US. The LED's make up around %50 of the production price so the challenge was to find a cheap material and cheap technology which could sustain all of the elements together. After some research and development I landed on cement. Concrete is a cheap durable material which can take on almost any form and when combined with the right materials has a high-end look and feel to it.
Today the studio which is located on the thin stretch between Tel Aviv and Jaffa makes a variety of lamps with different shapes and colours, some of them even share the same concrete base, so you can enjoy a different design without purchasing another base.
Our lamps are produced manually, one by one with attention to details in the studio, while the Laser engraving is done with the help of local producers. Keeping production local is a key objective for us.
