I provide a fast turnaround, which means I am often fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed. Also, with my items being unique, the item you purchased may have been in someone else's cart & now they see it as sold & may not see it added back if I were to cancel your order. As a small business, loss of sale is NOT a small impact. Also, please do be considerate and understand that it costs sellers time and money (etsy listing fees) each time we have to cancel a transaction. If you're unsure about making a purchase, it's always best to wait until you are able to fully commit to the purchase. PLEASE read the measurements of each item.

I am currently closed to custom orders. If you are, however, looking for a particular brand, please ask. I have hundreds of sacks to choose from. Any requests would be made in one of my designs, I will NOT copy another maker.

Please refer to your tracking number, as this is the only info I have regarding the whereabouts of your package once it's been shipped.

If by chance your tracking info says that your package was delivered and you believe you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office. Once the item has shipped & in the possession of the USPS, I only have the same information as you ~ from the tracking number.

I am not responsible for shipping delays, damaged or lost, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses (in such case, buyer is responsible for second shipping costs). All free shipping items are shipped via USPS First Class, which is uninsured. PLEASE choose Priority Shipping if you would like insurance on your order.
