I am very clear about wait times. The current production schedule is always at the very top of the listing. Shipping schedules are always in the shop announcement, as well as the "Shipping and Policies" tab. My items are VERY popular and the wait time reflects that. Please do not purchase an item THEN convo me that you need it sooner. I do not offer refunds or cancellations of orders because you did not understand the turn around time.

If you have a deadline or are at all unsure about the production schedule, PLEASE ask first before you purchase. Rush options are available for purchase, but please convo first to make sure I can accommodate your deadline.

When providing monogram information for your order please list your initials in MONOGRAM ORDER - that means first, last, middle. Also provide the full LAST name to clarify the correct letter order. This is VITAL to your order. PLEASE do not just list 3 initials. I won't know if they are in correct monogram order. Not providing all the information requested, including full last name, will delay your order.

Refunds or returns are not available for personalized/custom embroidered items.

Any communication about your order, questions, inquiries about missing or unclear instructions, shipping & tracking answers, etc will be handled through Etsy's messages, NOT personal email.

State sales tax is added to Georgia customer sales.
