星 5 個のうち 5 個I highly recommend this workbook for anyone entering or feeling anxious about the dating scene. It is based on sound principles that include proven CBT, DBT and ACT therapies. There is something for everyone— options to choose from that fit your personal preference. I found it to be a very kind and grounding approach rooted in self acceptance and applicable to many types of relationships. And I hope to never again find myself without tart lemon drops — you’ll understand when you read this book! So worth your time!
