Stavo andando al lavoro dopo una mattinata caotica, con entrambi i miei figli piccoli che si svegliavano prima dell'arrivo della tata e una grande mancanza di sonno dovuta al passaggio alla culla per il più piccolo. Ricordo di aver pensato: "Non posso essere l'unica a sentirmi così: sopraffatta, esausta, ma anche profondamente innamorata della vita che ho creato".

Ho iniziato a fare brainstorming e ho deciso che non esisteva un supporto per le mamme sufficiente, un supporto che comprendesse non solo la comunità, ma anche una soluzione. Un posto in cui chiunque potesse sentirsi a proprio agio, indipendentemente dalla propria situazione. Un posto da chiamare casa, qualcosa di più di una semplice modalità sopravvivenza. Avevo bisogno di strumenti che fossero allo stesso tempo belli e utili per la mia famiglia.

Dopo anni di ricerche, test e "sopravvivenza" all'interno della mia famiglia, ho trovato cose che mi sono state davvero utili e ho deciso di aprire questo piccolo negozio per condividerle con il mondo. Il primo prodotto? Un tracker per il benessere post-partum e delle neomamme che avrei voluto avere dopo la nascita dei miei bambini.

Ma True Mom Co. non si occupa solo di prodotti: si tratta di permesso. Permesso di rallentare, di prenderci cura di noi stesse e di ridefinire il significato del "fare abbastanza". È per le mamme che vogliono crescere i figli in modo intuitivo, vivere intenzionalmente e costruire ritmi che siano fedeli a loro.
