Kyle did an excellent job responding to my pre-order questions, and setting up a custom item for my large order. Everything shipped out the very next day. When my package arrived, I discovered he had built a wooden crate inside the cardboard box to prevent shipping accidents. My pulls and handles are fantastic and look great on my new cabinets.
