This studio was kind enough to issue a full refund, since the product still has yet to arrive. I am awe struck at how nice they are. I highly recommend buying from them! Frequently asked questions
What are the care instructions?
- No washing machine – No dry clean.
- Prefer only spot cleaning with a damp cloth or soft sponge and detergent.
- Hand wash the whole bag with detergent only if it gets very dirty. Right after washing, turn the inside out and let it dry. Also keep the metal parts dry.
Make sure the bag is thoroughly dry (especially the padded back) before you use it.
What should I do if I want to purchase more items than the quantity listed?
Please contact me and if possible I will accommodate your request.
Is there a possibility for express shipping?
Yes, if you require faster shipping, express delivery is also available, please mail me for a quote.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Standard and Christmas gift wrapping are available. The package will be posted in a plastic bag which you remove and keep the wrapped package.

Custom and personalized orders
Please allow 9-13 business days for processing custom orders.
Returnes
In case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery and ship back the item within 21 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused/clean/no smells) and in its original packaging otherwise the return is not accepted.
Upon receiving the item, only the cost of the item will be refunded and NOT the shipping cost.
Please note that, regarding returned items, you are responsible for the shipping procedure and the shipping costs. We are not responsible for any returned products that are lost during transit.
Please contact us before you send it back and provide us with the tracking number.
NO returns accepted in custom/personalized orders.
