Warranty
The jewelry purchased in my shop includes a 1-year warranty. If any problems come up, I am always here to help. Please note, that I do not take responsibility for damage or change that has been made by another jeweler, in any case as such your warranty is void. There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss of diamonds or gemstones. If you want your center stone or jewelry insured for theft, loss, damage, or more – you can insure your items through your home owner’s insurance. My warranty applies to the original buyer only. When enforcing the warranty for any reason, all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. After the expiration of the warranty period, I can still repair the item as needed. Please contact me for details.
How to care for your jewelry?
In order to maintain the long-lasting beauty of your precious pieces, I recommend to:
* Always remove all jewelry before you begin any strenuous activity. Including working out and heavy lifting.
* To preserve the ring and the stone within it, please make sure to remove it before using any lotion, cleaning detergents, sunscreen, and perfume.
* Clean the surface with a lint-free cotton cloth.
* Brush gently using a very soft toothbrush, dish soap and slightly warm water.

Personalization – engraving words or letters on any of the items will require additional cost. For details please contact me.
Please note customize and personalized orders are final and cannot be canceled or returned.
Shipping Service
All my items include free shipping.
You may be charged with taxes and customs at your own expense, please check your county’s policy before you purchase. All the items are sent worldwide via express mail and must be signed for upon receipt.
The delivery insurance expires when the parcel is received and a signature is provided by the recipient that is named on the parcel.
Please note that if you choose to send your parcel to a workplace or an apartment building, etc. the insurance expires once it is signed by anyone receiving it, so make sure it will be received by someone you trust.
Most destinations will receive the package in 5-7 business days (excluding customs delay).
Import taxes and fees that may apply
The customs office in the destination country may apply import duties, VAT, taxes or any other fees depending on the country’s requirements. The carrier handling the transport of the package may charge additional processing fees if they clear your package through customs themselves.
The recipient will be responsible for all charges required for customs clearance.
Please check with your local customs office if to determine what fees will be applied to your parcel.
Please note, those international customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, taxes, fees and additional carrier charges which may apply and are non-refundable by Ve/O fine jewelry.
Payment
I accept credit card payments.
I will start making the jewelry or preparing the parcel you ordered only after all payments are cleared.
Ring sizing details

Additionally, you always have the option to go to your local jewelry store and have your ring size measured there. Please note that ring sizing tools may differ and therefore may show a slight difference in size – 1 size up or down.
The size of our finger changes when exposed to heat or cold, expanding when hot and shrinking when cold. A difference may also show between when resting, when at physical endurance, and when sleeping (sleeping with rings is not recommended). I do not have control over these different situations and they should be taken into consideration.
Changes and cancellations
Once your order has been placed, you can cancel or change the item you chose within 12 hours of purchase.
Once these 12 hours have passed, these conditions apply:
* Changes like ring size, different design, will cost an additional fee of 40 USD.
* A cancellation will be charged by a cancellation fee of 100 USD.
Canceling an order after the parcel has been shipped is not possible!

Do you offer payment plans?
I do offer payment plans from 2 to 8 installments.
How does it work?
1) Write to me how many payments you would like to have and the frequency of the payments.
2) Tell me all the details of the jewelry you want to purchase, size, material, and color.
3) I will set up your payment plan link and send it to you.
4) Only when the last payment is transferred, I’ll start making your order.
* All items purchased through this payment plan are final.
* Items on SALE do not apply on payment plans.
White Gold
White gold is rather yellowish or greyish than purely white.
This is why white gold jewelry is plated with rhodium to make it look whiter. With time and use the rhodium is worn off and it is necessary to plate again.
Some customers prefer to keep their white gold jewelry in the original color of the natural gold and not to plate it with rhodium. If you prefer your jewelry without a coat of rhodium, please message me when you place your order.
