Item as described. It was a bit disappointing that the note inside the plastic sleeve (saying which item it was) was handwritten on a tiny scrap of paper that had been ripped from a notebook, as this was a birthday gift for someone and I wanted it presented as nice as possible. I repackaged and removed the note, and the gift was well received.
