After canceling our first order of wedding koozies due to not hearing from this business well after the anticipated delivery date, the business reached out to apologizing and offered some valid reasons for their lack of communication. They offered to make it right and have us place a new order. They told me they could have them delivered before our wedding date (which was in 4 weeks). Their communication after they reached out was great and the turn around time was quick! Our koozies turned out great.

Update: These finally arrived & are exactly what I wanted! I ordered these in December it’s now end of February & still haven’t received them! Customer service is terrible! I’ve had to message them several times about when they will ship, responded once, otherwise it’s an automated message stating they would get back to me & then nothing
