Using a soft, lint free cloth is an effective way to keep silver, yellow and rose gold jewellery looking shiny and lustrous. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

9K Gold - (370) 37.5% gold by mass. It's very strong and durable. Is also more affordable because of the lower gold ratio. 9K Gold is not suitable for sensitive skin due to the low percentage of gold and high percentage of other metals that can affect sensitive skin.

14K Gold - (585) 58,5% gold by mass. We only use 14K yellow and rose gold.

18K Gold - (750) 75% gold by mass. More of a warmer color in yellow and rose gold because of the high percentage of gold. Suitable for sensitive skin.

18K gold - is heavier and more substantial than 9K. 18K has a more luxurious to it than 9K gold. Because 18K has more real gold in the mass, it's more hypoallergenic. Also, 18K gold items have more long-term and re-sale value than 9K gold.

Sterling Silver - (925) 92.5% pure silver in mass. Our sterling silver is more premium and mixed with platinum giving it a strength of a 9K gold and a nice cold and long lasting white colour.


White gold is mixed with Palladium giving it the white colour (rhodium plated). White gold is more affordable alternative to platinum. Platinum and white gold look basically the same when new, but over time they wear differently.


* White gold might need more care over time, depending on the wearer. Over time, the protective rhodium layer will eventually wear off, leaving a slight yellowish tinge to the metal. This is common for white gold and just needs to be re-plated and polished to restore the whiteness. Rhodium plating is also nickel free.
